Her debut novel\u00a0<em>T\u00e4ydellinen paisti\u00a0<\/em>(The Perfect Roast) was awarded the Helsingin Sanomat Literary Prize. It was also a candidate for the European Book Prize in 2012. It was the first part of a trilogy, the second part of which,\u00a0<em>Katedraali<\/em> (The Cathedral), came out in 2014. The third novel, <em>Lapset<\/em> (Children), came out in 2017. All three novels are published in German.
